What Qualifies for a Refund ✅ Refundable: - Duplicate charge → Full refund - Service unavailable at purchase > 24 hours → Full refund within 7 days - Pricing error (our fault) → Full refund - Fraudulent payment → Full refund within 30 days ❌ Not Refundable: - You changed your mind (digital service, consumed on use) - You used some or all credits - Upstream model behavior disappointing (we don't control third-party AI models) - Account terminated for AUP violation - Free tier credits (nothing to refund) - Purchase older than 30 days 2. The Unused Credits Test If you haven't used the credits, we can talk. If you have, the transaction is final. A credit is "used" when an API request is processed. 3. Refund Process - Email support@taotok.io with "Refund Request" subject - Include your account email and order ID - We review within 2 business days - Approved refunds go back to original payment method 4. Chargebacks If you file a chargeback without contacting us first and the chargeback is found in our favor, we may terminate your account. Just email us first. 5.
