Last updated: June 13, 2026 These Terms govern your use of GStack's API access service via taotok.io and shop.taotok.io. 1. What GStack Is We sell API Credits — prepaid allotments for routing requests to AI models. We are NOT a financial service, not stored value, not virtual currency. API Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 2. Account Registration You must provide a valid email. You are responsible for credential security. One entity per account. Minimum age 16. 3. Purchases Prices in USD. Payment via Stripe/PayPal. We may change pricing with notice. 4. Acceptable Use Policy You may NOT use our API for: - Illegal content including CSAM (immediate termination + reporting) - Fraud, impersonation, identity theft - Content inciting violence or harassment - Reverse-engineering or bypassing rate limits - Reselling API access without agreement 5. Termination We may terminate for AUP violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Credits forfeited for violations. 6. Limitation of Liability GStack is "as is". Not liable for upstream API issues, model quality, or business interruption. Liability capped at amount paid in preceding 12 months. 7. Governing Law United States and State of California. 8.
